My partner and I stayed at this B&B in Harrogate over Easter, and it was perfect. Lovely big house, and I especially liked the fact that (unlike some other B&Bs or hotels) it was not covered in signage telling you everything that you can't do! The bedroom was stylish and comfortable, the cooked breakfast was delicious and top quality, and the owner/host, Nico, was a real personality, who entertained us with his stories and was spot-on with his recommendations for local restaurants. We also fell in love with Luna, Nico's beautiful Lhasa Apso, who was gorgeous!

We had the most wonderful stay and experience at this boutique hotel, not only were the rooms beautifully decorated, clean, and comfy the owner that met us at the door Nico was a wonderful host, friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of places to visit in Harrogate and recommended very good restaurants I would stay there again and will when we next want a night away. He also cooks a fantastic full English breakfast. I can honestly say I can find no fault in this lovely run beautiful boutique hotel there taste is exceptional.

In general this was a good bed and breakfast. Although taxi driver found it a bit hard to find as no sign outside. Minus point is that you have to share the tea and coffee facilities that you usually find in your room. In this case it is outside in the hall so you have to wait until it is free to use. A twenty minute walk from the main shopping area.

This Bed and Breakfast is just fabulous. We had a lovely two night stay here and couldn't fault a thing. Nikos is the perfect host along with his gorgeous dog Luna. The rooms are immaculate ,warm and have everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious Nicos uses the best quality meats from his local butchers. This was a wonderful find and cant wait to visit this perfect gem again real soon.

I have never written a review before so that should tell readers all they need to know. Lovely intimate place - almost feels that you are staying in somebody's gorgeous victorian property. Just 1 mile or so from centre of town. Great room and delicious full english breakfast. Topped off by a host with the most. Bravo.

We had a two night stay at short notice and are so pleased we stayed here rather than one of the several big hotels in the area. The B&B is in a lovingly restored Victorian building, and decorated with (in our opinion) great taste. Nikos the proprietor made us very welcome, as did Luna, his friendly dog! Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a TV, en suite shower room and very crisp cotton bed linen. The whole place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was to personal order, and beautifully cooked from top ingredients and served with tea or coffee, orange juice, fresh fruit, toast and cereals. Yum! We would not hesitate to recommend this welcoming B&B to any of our friends, and would certainly stay again.

My girlfriend booked us a night in this B&B as a surprise for our one year anniversary. On arrival we were met by Nikos and Luna (the pet dog). From entering it was clear that the whole property was maintained to an impeccable standard! Nikos showed us to our room and asked us if we needed any help planning our weekend. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel comfortable right from arrival. After a wander around Harrogate, we arrived back and on the way to our room were greeted again by Nickos who offered us a glass of wine each, which he brought to the room while we got ready. A really nice touch, thanks Nikos! The room was beautiful. As previously mentioned, it was immaculate and very nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and large double bed with feather

We had a two night stay here 4th/5th December. Loved it, Nickos attention to detail is second to none. Spotless, warm, friendly with excellent breakfast, and Luna the cute little dog is so adorable. Harrogate town centre is only a 10 min walk away.

We stayed here for 2 nights November 16/17th 2012, what a fantastic experience this was, with every detail being taken care of by Nykos. The rooms were clean decorated to a very high standard and the breakfasts were out of this world. Sadly the house is up for sale, treat yourself and stay for a couple of nights not only to experience Harrogate but for the banter with Nykos
