Very clean, modern décor accommodation in a good location. Very friendly welcoming hosts. Nice to have tea coffee and biscuits in room. Easy walking distance to town centre and bus station. Perfect for our few days away and would recommend this to friends.

Just back from a lovely stay at this Guest House to celebrate our Silver Wedding. The family were lovely, accomodating us at short notice and putting extra touches - a card, daffodils, and cakes in our room for our anniversary. The location was great, an easy walk into Harrogate, and the free parking permit was very useful. The room was...

Very central and easy walk in to town to Betty's and Wagamama's ! Would not hesitate to recommend Ash Grove as a place to...

We stay here when we travel northwards to see our grand children. They are in East Bierley, but staying in Harrogate allows us to visit local familiar treats, viz; Betty's Cafe and Harlow Carr gardens. Tabs looks after us very well and the B&B is within easy walking distance of the town centre, but in a relatively quiet spot. We...

Perfect place to stay for the conference I attend every year. The owner is extremely hospitable and cannot do enough for you. This is the third time I have stayed at the Ash Grove while attending the conference and I have already reserved for next year. I stay in many hotels across Europe and I wish they were all as...

Really lovely guest house. Working away and much prefer cosy home away types to big modern hotels it's harder to feel settled. Warm welcome from staff, rang my work to see if I needed to check in after a late shift as close at 8pm. Heating on ready for me in my room, very clean and cosy. Definitely recommend and...

We stayed here for one night and can't recommend it highly enough. Tabs was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, bed very comfy, wifi worked well, and we had a very lovely stay. Ash grove is situated on a residential road making it very quiet with minimal traffic noise.
