Just had a four night stay in this excellent guesthouse and would highly recommend it. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and great en suite. The room facilities were excellent too, especially the fresh milk provided for tea and coffee! What a difference that makes! Breakfasts were delicious, well cooked with really good ingredients. There is a...

Choose this lovely B&B instead the usual bland hotel room. Lovely rooms. Great staff. Excellent breakfast and central location. What's not to like. Rooms are spacious with decent size en suite. Nothing is too much hassle for staff. Room linens are good quality and breakfast standard is really high. Would defibately recommend.

I have recently added an additional Engineer to their guest house. We have been staying with Lindsey & John since January due to ongoing projects at the nearby Allerton Recycling Plant. Due to completion requirements we need an extra member of the team. My problem will be getting them to leave as the accommodation and breakfast is first class. Good...

Once again an excellent stay at the best guesthouse in harrogate. Friendly owners and staff. Top quality breakfasts catering for all tastes. Rooms are always spotless and well looked after. New keybox system works a treat. Great location to see all parts of harrogate. Thanks Lindsay & jon for a great weekend stay.

Our fourth visit to this great Guest House, and it was as good as the first three!! Lyndsay and Jon are wonderful hosts and despite being busy people always have time to talk to their guests. Our rooms have always been spotless, a great credit to the housekeeper, with nice little touches to welcome us. There's an extensive breakfast menu,...

We stayed here for 1 night and this guest house is absolutely first class. Great family feel to the place, quiet when it needs to be and the room decor is top quality. We particularly liked the 'honesty box' where you buy a drink from the fridge and just put money into the box. I highly recommend getting breakfast if...

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night in room number 10, which was well-sized and clean with a nice bathroom (complete with see-through sink). The bed was very comfortable. As it is a 19th century building, it is well-built with high ceilings. After we checked in, we were met by Jon, one of the owners, who gave us a...

I was in Harrogate for three nights for a training course. As the only guest in the house it felt like I was living in my own home as I had the spacious lounge to myself. The room I had was perfectly comfortable but quite small so it was great to have the lounge to relax in without having to...
