The staff are very friendly at this hotel, and the room I was in was big and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a fully functioning bathroom. I stayed here for a week on business, and have no complaints about the room and how well I slept (beautifully, by the way!). However, if you want to eat whilst you're here,...

We always look for a Premier Inn when staying away because we know all the Hotels have the same set up. The rooms are always nice and clean. Free wifi is a big bonus as some Hotels charge which is a total rip off. Some reviewers have said the road behind is noisy, but we had a room facing the...

The hotel is on a Business Park, a little way from the train station. I came out of the station on the side the hotel is on - taxis are on the other side of the station, so I decided to walk and it took me 25 minutes. The staff were very friendly right from the first, introduced themselves, and...

Everything was as expected apart from breakfast where the understaffing meant the breakfast was a farce. One front of house trying to replenish, stock, seat , layout tables, greet guests...result mayhem, I wanted to go to Sainsburies next door as the situation became ridiculous. The girl running the restaurant was so helpful but she is not an octopus and as...

We arrived for a 1 night stay on 23/06/15 at around 6.30pm and having checked in online just wanted to enquire about booking the meal deal. I was met with a response of there aren't any tables this evening due to a large group of cyclists being booked in before a race. When I expressed my disappointment I was met...

We stayed at this hotel ,last week, Friday and Saturday. We chose the hotel originally for its close proximity to Alverston where on Thursday evening we were going to watch a friend take up his first fully fledged parish as a Vicar. The choice was an excellent one and fulfilled all our needs. Although it is a little tucked away...

Stayed one night only at the Premier Inn, Derby East. We were allocated a room on the top floor at the back of the building, room 218. As others have commented before, this is an older building with no air conditioning. We didn't think that this would be too much of a concern in late October. On arrival the room...

We experienced an excellent stay for one night in October. The staff were very friendly and helpful both at reception and in the Dining Room. The food was very good both at dinner and breakfast. We had a continental breakfast and there was an extremely good selection. We used the special breakfast and dinner deal and it was a good...

These folks could teach a lot of hotels how to treat customers. The are profesional, friendly, efficient and seem to enjoy their work. The food in the integral restaurant is always produced at a high standard. Currently no air-con which is the only negative thing I can say but you can have a fan if you need it. I will...

this is the second time I have stayed here to break up my journey when visiting family. Clean room/bathroom, very comfy bed, friendly staff and a nice bar to have a drink and something to eat. Would recommend it.
