When I complained to reception about the bed having a hole in the mattress I was thanked for passing that information on. When I contacted their online customer service the same happened. I had already...

Room very clean and to a high standard. Staff friendly and welcoming. Locating and paying for parking a bit of a chore at the end of a long journey / days work, since this visit I know try to find accommodation with on site parking for added convenience.

If you want a good bed, good shower, everything you need for a comfortable night, then this is the place. Breakfast was a bit disorganised with food arriving, to be taken immediately by guests, leaving empty bacon, sausage, baps, etc. You then had to wait for 15 mins for it to be topped up. This is especially annoying when you...

If you're there for 1 or 2 nights, this is a centrally situated, functional hotel. The staff are very helpful & the rooms comfortable & clean. Well done to their team for doing a good job with tight resource!! Breakfast is however a bit of disappointment with a limited selection including dry (possibly powdered) scrambled egg & heavy, dry sausages....

The hotel is within spitting distance of the station and there are many restaurants nearby. Staff were very pleasant and efficient, the room was comfortable, the WiFi was free and the breakfast was decent.
