We checked in for 1 night before going to Gatwick. Caroline the receptionist was delightful, as was the "waitress"/receptionist the next morning. The room was adequately equipped, comfortable bed, clean towels and a potentially nice bathroom which was poorly installed and maintained. The heating was not on when we arrived at 7pm but came on later and was unbearably hot...

The staff here are hard working and are willing to go that extra mile to help you. I worked at Three Bridges, Crawley and stayed here for around six months. The hotel is off the beaten track but is much better then other hotels around there that are similar in price.

A quirky low cost hotel, which when trying to locate seems to be taking you to the back end of beyond in Crawley! The reception staff were polite and helpful, although we were disturbed at one point by the maintenance man coming to fix the shower hose. The double bedroom was small but contained everything you would need and the...

Stayed overnight before flight from Gatwick, Ideal for that but the poor chao who checked us in was pleasant enough he seemed to do everythig including cooking and serving our dinner (which left a lot to be desired about) I am sure they were microwave meals from Icceland. The only plus was our room was clean and we did have...

First of all, the hotel is not very easy to get to having to navigate the corridor of cars that is a Crawley housing estate. Having arrived at the hotel and managed to get a car park space, this was then soon a problem after we went in to town for some food and came back to a crammed car...

My partner was greeted by friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble . The single room was spacious , well appointed and very clean , and there's plenty of free secure parking. It's also good value for money , and he'll defenately be staying there again.

You think the satnav has sent you the wrong way when you turn into a residential housing estate, but keep going and you arrive at this lovely old building. We received a warm welcome, and the room was well presented, with everything you could need. There was an on-site restaurant if you didn't want to venture into the town, but...

I went to Crawley to attend an interview. Recruiter booked a room at Barrington Lodge for me. I brought my wife with me, and only found out the room got booked was a single room upon arrival. We understood that we were not allowed to stay in a single room. It was late night and we were exhausted, so we...
