Stayed in the Ramada Crawley for one night by myself, perfect to get to Gatwick airport, 5 minute walk to the station plus 10 minutes to the airport. The room was clean and the hotel is on the high street with a great variety of pubs and restaurants, I ate in Wildwood an Italian restaurant next door to the hotel,...

Most possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in. In fact we checked out at 2.00 in the morning due to the noise level in the annex block and the fights breaking out in the car park. There was some sort of event taking place in the main hotel so even noisier in there. The room was basic fairly clean...

We stayed overnight after flying back into gatwick late. After booking I was very concerned when I read the reviews which were not very hopeful but we were pleasantly surprised. We were luckily enough to be upgraded (I would recommend this if they did not do this automatically, for an extra £10) which is maybe why we were pleasantly surprised....

We stayed overnight after coming down by train to fly from Gatwick. The George is a few minutes away from the station - walk straight ahead past the shopping centre which curves to the left, then head past the church on Church Walk into the High Street and the George is on the other side a bit to the right....

The Ramada is an old coaching inn in the centre of Crawley, so all rooms will be different. I was in room 27, on the side and top floor, and it was blighted by being next to the exhaust from the Wildwood restaurant kitchen. This made the whole room vibrate slightly with a constant and annoying rumble; luckily it shut...

My husband and I stayed here while we met with others for a Birthday night out. The hotel is located in the middle of the high street and the shopping mall about a 10minute walk away. The hotel is a bit quirky and old fashioned. Although it's nothing special in itself, it is clean and provides a perfectly good place...

Old with very tired decor...room was large but not very clean. AC unit and kitchen exhaust outside window... Staff were rude - asked for some ice on arrival..."how am I going to get ice? There is no bar..." was the incredulous response. Hotel literature description includes a bar...and several restaurants... these are not part of the hotel. Location good for...

There are plenty of better options like hotels that actually care or bed and breakfasts owned by families that take pride in the homes they offer to their customers. I have stayed at several which are far superior to this place.

Stayed at the George on 15/3 prior to flying to Cuba. Booked the package with Holiday Extras, outstanding value for money. We stayed in the Heritage Suite, probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The location of the hotel in the middle of Crawley was ideal for that last bit of shopping and in the evening we...
