The Ramada is an old coaching inn in the centre of Crawley, so all rooms will be different. I was in room 27, on the side and top floor, and it was blighted by being next to the exhaust from the Wildwood restaurant kitchen. This made the whole room vibrate slightly with a constant and annoying rumble; luckily it shut...

My husband and I stayed here while we met with others for a Birthday night out. The hotel is located in the middle of the high street and the shopping mall about a 10minute walk away. The hotel is a bit quirky and old fashioned. Although it's nothing special in itself, it is clean and provides a perfectly good place...

Old with very tired decor...room was large but not very clean. AC unit and kitchen exhaust outside window... Staff were rude - asked for some ice on arrival..."how am I going to get ice? There is no bar..." was the incredulous response. Hotel literature description includes a bar...and several restaurants... these are not part of the hotel. Location good for...

There are plenty of better options like hotels that actually care or bed and breakfasts owned by families that take pride in the homes they offer to their customers. I have stayed at several which are far superior to this place.

Stayed at the George on 15/3 prior to flying to Cuba. Booked the package with Holiday Extras, outstanding value for money. We stayed in the Heritage Suite, probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The location of the hotel in the middle of Crawley was ideal for that last bit of shopping and in the evening we...

We stopped here the night before flying out to Gatwick and we feel the hotel lets the Ramada brand down and I certainly would not return. On a Sunday when we turned up ready for a good night's sleep before heading off to the airport in the morning we were greeted with what looked like a nightclub with loud music...

Disappointed with my stay at the Ramada, Crawley. On arrival the carpark was full - I had to park elsewhere and return later to get my vehicle on site. At check-in I had to wait 10 minutes (yes, 10 minutes!) for a member of staff to arrive to check me in and give me my room key. The room itself...

Stayed 2 nights as we were in the area. Good central location for crawley, room was big and decent temperatures. Breakfast not included but could pay more for it if we wanted. Ok for what we needed. Got rooms on offer so paid 84 quid for 2 nights for a double room.
