Stayed 1 night at this hotel. It was convenient as close to the long stay airport car part. I arrived early hours and greeted by a very polite and helpful member of staff who was on night duty. My room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I couldn't fault this hotel in anyway and will use again in the future when travelling.

On Friday 23rd October we stayed at the Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth for a totally unique concert. The Queen tribute band played in the gsrden in the centre of the hotel and we, the audience, stayed in our rooms. The whole event from start to finish was perfectly executed. The Band were great and we felt part of a crowd even though we were all safe in our rooms.There was a great room service menu which again was reasonably priced and orders could be placed via your phone. The room itself was spotless and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of good quality pillows. It was a great night and we really enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast which was a pre booked time slot, was perfect, lots of choice and a very well cooked full english all included in the price. Well Done to everyone involved a great example of thinking outside the box. We are already planing to visit you again soon.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth a number of times in the past and I have always had excellent experiences. My most recent visit was a four night stay in October 2020. One thing that struck me when I checked-in was the stringent Covid-19 measures in place, with hand sanitiser stations in the lobby as well as clear visual guidance measures implemented. I had a good welcome and I was recognised as a IHG Spire Ambassador member and upgraded to an Executive Room.
The room was on the first floor and was quite roomy with a comfortable bed and feather pillows that I had requested through the IHG website. There seemed to be no reduction of facilities available in the room due to Covid-19 apart from the paper cup replacements. Servicing of the rooms was by request only and tea/coffee supplies were available at reception.
The restaurant was closed with maintenance work being carried out. There was a certain amount of noise but nothing substantial and was all carried out at reasonable hours during the week. I enjoyed my stay again and was every bit as enjoyable as my previous stays.

The best idea to come out of lockdown. Stayed for the first event (queen) and was not disappointed. Attention to detail was great from removing net curtains, window openers and providing great room service and the show was excellent. All from the comfort of your bedroom. Great space for 4 to enjoy the view with room to dance. Would be a squeeze for 6 at the window but still an amazing evening. Well done for whoever thought of this. Can’t wait to book another show.

We were greeted by lovely Fiona, no issues straight, polite and smooth. What I like the most is the fact she asked me if I wanted a double room as for some reason a twin room was on my booking instead. That was a lovely gesture and she went the extra mile. Room was warm, comfortable again no issues. Bed was comfy, 2 pillows was on offer 1 firm or soft. Another thing I like with Holiday Inn, if you’ve forgotten the essentials such as razor, toothbrush etc. Just ask reception they will supply you free of charge. We parked for 1 night due to early flight. Parking free on site. Location ideal we drove to purple parking in the morning then catch a free 10 mins shuttle bus to the airport. Works for us and will use again.

Easy check in, very polite staff. Decent bar area with decent food. Room was clean and beds were comfy. It took around 10 mins to drive to Gatwick South the next morning. No traffic though so may take a bit longer at peak times.
Unless you get a great park and stay deal, I'd recommend booking parking at official Gatwick airport directly and booking the hotel directly rather than get the park and stay package. The price was pretty much the same and there was no waiting around to go back to the hotel to get our car when we got off our flight at the end of the holiday.

I would recommend this hotel for someone looking for a one-night stay between flights. It's quiet, less than a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport (no, there's no shuttle), the beds are reasonably comfortable and the staff are nice.
Through circumstance, we stayed for 3 nights and I would not recommend that, especially if you do not have a car. It's not a 4-star place: the only amenity is the restaurant. No fitness room, although there is a discount for the gym and pool next door.
Our keys were invalidated every day and the heat turned off, possibly because they're not used to multi-night stays. The hotel restaurant is the only place to eat in the area and it's not very good, in spite of being expensive. We found the food very heavy, mostly fried, with little in the way of healthy options available. Breakfast is very pricey with, again, very heavy food.
In short, a brief stay here if you have a car would be okay.

Thank you for a wonderful afternoon tea. The food was excellent and plentiful and our waitress, Marta could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The room was socially distanced and everyone was wearing masks and hand sanitiser everywhere. We could not have felt more reassured and we had a lovely time.

We went to see the Queen Tribute Band. It was a fantastic idea. Everything was quite normal till the band came on then the place erupted. Thank you every other room... everyone joining in made it even better.
My daughter arrived with Brian May Wig, various air guitars and disco lights. I will not admit to the photo on facebook being me, it just looks like me!!!!
Just two of us (oldies) stayed for last nights session, and very good that was too. We reckon the younger ones in our party couldn't keep up the pace.
Many thanks to the staff for their great attitude, especially after the cloudburst this morning which threatened to flood reception, without hesitation they grabbed towels and brooms and got soaked stemming the tide.

We booked a one night stay on a room only basis. The Hotel is next to a fitness centre. The car park is very large but there is a £10 charge that also includes disabled badge holders. Check in was easy. Reception staff were very helpful. Our accessible room on the ground floor was large and well equipment although it was a long way from reception and the restaurant / bar. Our bathroom included all the usual handrails and a Walk in Shower. Unfortunately we were unable to connect to the internet so were moved to an executive room a little further down the corridor. This was a Junior Suite, well furnished, 2 rooms, 2 televisions and a bigger bed. Very quiet and very nice. We were particularly pleased with Claire who sorted our problem with great professionalism and a smile. We booked breakfast and dinner and enjoyed the food very much. Restaurant staff were professional, cheerful and helpful. There is a lift to all floors. Access is generally good. There are 3 steps down to the bar / restaurant area. There is another entrance available for Wheelchair users. The Hotel operates a park and stay system for Gatwick Airport. Overall we had a very nice stay and would go again.

The hotel is isolated, but has a restaurant serving a variety of meals.
There is a regular hotel shuttle back to the airport, where there are more options for eating, but there is a charge for the shuttle - either £3 or £4 each way per adult.
There are more places to choose from in the Crawley area.
