Not the cheapest but can not fault. The bed was comfortable. Pillow too soft for me but that is just me. Shower worked great. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had from a hotel buffet style breakfast. The eggs were cooked to perfection may have something to do with the the fact they had just brought them out. The window in my room over looked the inside of the hotel which I liked made me feel part of everything when in my room. The best. was the the airport bus £3.50 one way. My driver (I was the only passenger) was Graham friendly and efficient. The buss leaves the hotel 15 minutes to every hour ARRIVE ON TIME

Great service from really caring, dedicated and pro-active staff in the restaurant and Palm Bar. Masha is a tour de force in the restaurant and nothing is ever too much for Raji in the Palm Bar.

Morgan’s Bar can get a bit noisy but the service in there is excellent too..

Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. If you’re intending to sleep during the day, get a room away from the railway.

Crawley town centre is a 5-min walk and the Railway Inn, 5 minutes in the opposite direction is friendly and serves excellent food and a fab selection of beers along with the usual suspects.

Had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights. Reception staff accommodated connecting rooms which was really appreciated and worked well for us as we travelled with an elderly relative.

Easy to find, good access. However there is no signage to direct you to disabled parking spaces - we had to ask. Once located, disabled parking was fine and close to the main entrance.

Check in and check out was efficient. Rooms were good size. Bathroom toiletries were limited in supply. Beds were comfortable. We backed onto the railway which was fine and caused us no disturbance despite trains running early morning and late into the night.

We were disappointed to locate several items from previous guests on the carpets in both rooms indicating they had not been properly cleaned - nuts, tweezers and hair pins. We did report this to reception but it was not what is expected!

For meals we are in the Palm Deli one night and the Grill the second night. The burger bagel/bun was over toasted/burnt and hard. One of the pork belly steaks from the Grill contained a lot of gristle and both sets of the chips were not cooked inside and quite hard. Very disappointing as the starters were good. We did not attempt a dessert !

Not sure if we would return for a second visit due to these reasons. Definitely expected better from such a large hotel.

We have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This time wasn’t so good. I don’t know if they are trying to save money, but when we arrived in our room there was one hand towel (no bath towels), one shampoo, one conditioner, half a toilet roll, one tea bag, one coffee sachet and one paper cup. There were two of us. They were quick to remedy this, which was good, but coupled with the surly welcome when we arrived I almost wished we’d booked into the Travelodge instead. Hopefully they were just having a bad day.

I had made a booking via booking.com and Arora didn't have the space to accommodate us. I don't think the hotel should advertise rooms that are not available because we drove from Brighton and it was late. Staff didn't help and accused us of booking on the wrong day which is not what was reflected on the details we booked via booking. I believe this hotel needs to review these failures of why they advertise rooms that aren't available.

Staff, including security personnel, were helpful, pleasant, and responsive to requests.
The room was decent size, clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and everything worked (kettle, iron, fridge etc).
Meals were excellent, food arrived hot, well-packaged and on time. Given the restrictions of having to individually package every meal for every guest it was reasonable to be asked to choose the menu in advance.
The free wifi was good enough to allow me to connect to my office secure systems and work normally.
I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to be locked up for 10 days

Raji, the staff of palm bar , made me touched by his service mind. He welcomed very nicely even though I came here by alone. Also, when I ordered my wine and dishes, he explanied all the products in detail. His attentive and professional performance made me so impressive about him and the hotel both.

We stayed at the Arora Hotel before we left for our flight from Gatwick. The rooms we had were spacious and comfortable. We booked the hotel taxi which picked us up in the morning on time and the driver was very happy and helpful. We would use this hotel again

A nice hotel not far from the center of Crawley. Friendly staff and good housekeeping. In house Restaurant with happy hour is also available. Lots of aircrew in because of London/Gatwick airport. A shuttle to the airport is also available but inform yourself in advance about its running times.
