The hotel website mentions advertises new beds and mattresses at the hotel but we didn't encounter any. The beds are terrible and so is the air quality in the rooms. The rooms are overpriced for what one gets.

We are great fans of the UK's Premier Inns, particularly when we are somewhere specifically to attend an event and therefore simply using the room for somewhere to shower, change and sleep. This was our first stay here and the place met those minimum requirements. Luckily though the event we were attending lasted from 9 am to 11.30 pm so...

We used this as an over night stay prior to getting flights from Gatwick. Room was clean and ample in size. Tea and Coffee available in the room. we had an evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant, food was very good but service was okay.

Great service - we were in a rush and the receptionist quickly sorted out our room and let us in which was really helpful. Good breakie - cooked to order, plenty of choice Clean and comfy room. No complaints

Visiting family and needed something that was modern, clean and good value. This fitted the bill and it was good that it had a pub attached rather than a standard bar as this gave the place more character.

We stayed over night, flight from Gatwick next day, very near airport, this was a bonus! Lovely room, comfy bed. Only one large towel in room, reception gave us a second immediately on request 😊 All you can eat breakfast for £8.99 is a must.

The TV is very small, the rooms have peeling paint from the ceiling in the bathroom (room 411 if you need to check!), the hotel is used by people flying to and from Gatwick AT ALL TIMES OF DAY AND NIGHT, so don't expect a good quiet nights sleep......but, it is cheap, so why not?!
