I didn't stay for the evening, but was dropped off at 6.15 am to pick up a coach for a trip to Southampton, my mum and I went into the hotel and asked if we could wait until the coach arrived, the man on reception was very kind he said yes and we sat in reception, he offered us drinks... More

I always try to stay here when on business in Bolton, the rooms are clean and upto the usual high standards that I expect with a Premier Inn, there are plenty of shops close by along with a number of restaurants. The hotel offers ample parking which is free although you do have to pay for wifi after the first... More

Premier Inn does it again, not only a well situated hotel at a good price, but kind, friendly and helpfull staff. Very clean and welcoming. Close to train station at Horwich which leads directly into Manchester and other areas. Can't be closer if wanting to watch Bolton play football.

I was a little dubious about our stay after the recent service I received from the customer service representatives a month before our stay but in actual fact it was a great stay! Rooms are well cleaned, a little basic but what do you want for a weekend stay in budget hotel? Staff are friendly and breakfast is optional on... More

I love this hotel. Good location, really clean, friendly staff and best breakfast in Bolton! But...the walls between the bedrooms are paper thin and a good night's sleep is totally dependent on what neighbours you have. Sadly for us we had the neighbours from hell this time. He checked in with his partner at 10pm and started arguing with people... More

Staff were lovely, rooms were clean, ample parking (train station 2 minutes walk away if you don't have a car), easy walk across to shops and restaurants around the stadium. We didn't try breakfast so can't comment on that. Overall though we were very happy with our stay.

Stayed here as a family on Halloween night. Reception staff great. There're plenty of bars and eatiers nearby. Scots bar a minutes walk away was great. We eat in The adjoining Harvester pub which was good. Definitely stay again
