We stayed for two nights over Easter, pre-booking early meant we got a good deal. The room (number 23) was clean and comfortable, there was also phone charger sockets beside the bed - a brilliant addition to the room. The beefeater next door was wonderful too, lovely evening meal.

I often use 'Premie Inn' and find them great value. Some are better than others. Reception staff on Easter Monday very helpful. We were advised to use the shuttle bus that takes you directly to Basingstoke Rail Station instead of paying for a taxi. Room was ok, but cooked breakfast not so good.Bacon was hardly cooked, overall quite bland. There...

The premier inn are always reliable and this is no exception. The staff were friendly and very helpful, even finding cinema showing times for me as part of a chat. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The attached restaurant was fine for dinner but I didn't use it for breakfast. It's located in a leisure park type thing with Costa,...

Went to see friends and had meal with friends in Spruce Goose beefeater. Disappointed that we were asked to vacate table as we had exceeded time limit (which hadn't been advised) by 11 mins. Refused to leave and nothing more said

We had had a positive experience at a Premier Inn that we stayed at once before so though we would try them again. The check in staff were helpful. The room Was situated at the front of the Inn, very noisy with cars using the road as a race track later at night plus a number of youths that had...

Hotel was great. Friendly staff, bed was comfy. Location was spot on. But... Breakfast was not so good. It really let the stay down. It was pretty much a cattle market. The kids eat free which is great, but you will be queuing to do your on toast. So be warned .
