Booked this hotel for a peaceful few days away. The building is a fantastic old premises, and our room was tucked away which was great. The bar area was lovely and sedate as well, until the Saturday night. A pre-planned function took place with the arrival of around 150 persons. The ambiance of the bar area turned into a mass...

We were lucky and had a lovely view of trees and fields from the window, it felt more like a country house hotel. We were just using it as a bed for the night for...

Lovely country house hotel, seemingly in a village yet only 30 minutes walk into the centre of town. The staff are super professional and the welcome very warm. The room was spacious - comfortable bed with 2 different pillow styles (the bane of my hotel staying life being enormous pillows). I would definitely return.

We had a lovely surprise to which they had upgraded us to a beautiful suite. (The one I stayed in the night before my wedding day so this was extra special) Room was newly...
