Receptionist Gladys was very helpful and very welcoming helped with a lot and was good at her job. Car park was limited though but overall the hotel was clean and tidy. It was in walking distance to the shopping centres 20 mins.
We stayed here from Aylesbury to go on a night out for a friends birthday. The hotel was really spacious and accommodating. The staff were pleasant. Just don’t buy the breakfast. It’s a little bit disappointing.
