The hotel was clean and staff friendly we had a last minute booking for dinner and although the restaurant was busy service was efficient and we weren't kept waiting. The room was clean and there was no noise from the road nearby. Would return!

A nice hotel. The location is easy to find. Most of the clerks were very friendly and warm. (One man in the night shift was kind of rude though.) The room and beds are very nice. The housekeeping service is done very well.

Good overall, very friendly staff and the restaurant /food is very good. Despite being in the centre of Milton Keynes the room was exceptionally quiet. This was a business trip, I would use this hotel/Premier Inn on a private trip.

Hotel was fine. Room was basic but clean bed was comfy. Price in my opinion was too much for 1 double room Bed and breakfast nearly £120. Breakfast was tasty but had to wait 40 minutes to get served. Overall would stay again if price was better.

Booked in advance so the room was very reasonably priced. Facilities were basic but clean. Room was quite noisy though due to traffic noise throughout the night. Pub attached was overpriced and not very good quality.

Good modern hotel but surprising that for a 3-floor hotel it has no lift. Car park is a public chargeable car park. City centre location but quiet because it has good double glazing. Menu in the Beefeater is a bit unimaginative.
