Stayed here as I had a friends birthday celebrations in the town. The location was great, only a 10 minute walk. I was disappointed to find the car park was full on my arrival, but luckily you can park in the Asda car park as well for free. Hotel room was ok, the fan was appreciated even though it was...

The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The free parking 1 minute walk away was wondering and the staff were very helpful with explaining how it all worked and we're to park. The room was clean with everything we needed, the bed was wonderful , it was king size and extra comfy with plenty of pillows. The room was small...

Gentleman front desk with pony tail, South African/New Zealand accent. Extremely rude very patronising. No customer care whatsoever. Based on his actions I will never stay in a Travelodge again and I will continue to spread the word to family and friends. Disgusting.

My husband and I stayed in this central Maidstone travelodge with our 2 boys. We had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the river. Upon arrival, after a 4 hour car journey, the evening receptionist could not have been more friendly and welcoming. It really was so appreciated. Also one of the male members of staff gave our boys...

Our room was lovely with a river view, lots of traffic on the road outside but the noise did not bother us. we found the staff very friendly and helpful, a lovely lady called Max served us in the bar cafe and we enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the tea making facilities and showerroom.

A fantastic weekend of music and fun in Maidstone was made better by the service received at the Maidstone, Peter Street, Travelodge. Value for money and location were great as is usual with Travelodge. The staff made it better from first entering the hotel the gentleman on the front desk made my friend and I welcome, was friendly and efficient....

A bit of a whistle stop visit to this place (I actually spent only four and a half hours in bed and checked out due to my own time constraints) - have stayed twice before, so not at all bad. Clean, tidy, quiet, but I do think the room had not been vacuumed on this occasion, as there was a...

Office staff could have been slightly more helpful upon arrival, but apart from this, the stay was perfect and worthwhile. Can seem expensive, especially when you are not staying for breakfast, etc, but it made my plans a lot easier so was worth it in the end.
