We stayed at Wealden Hall at Detling while walking the Pilgrims Way to Canterbury and were welcomed by Jacqui and John. Our double bedroom was large and very comfortable, with an en-suite modern bathroom. It's a very well appointed B&B and we had an enjoyable breakfast with our hosts who genuinely enjoy receiving visitors. Nice people who know the area...

Wonderful B&B, made to feel at home by Jacqui and John who were excellent hosts, they were well informed on all activities within the area advising best places to visit and routes to use to avoid traffic etc. Our room was clean and modern, the bathroom better than any 5* hotel! We would certainly recommend Wealden Hall to anyone planning...

This is the second time we have stayed at Wealden Hall. John and Jacqui are the most welcoming hosts. They run a beautiful, smart and clean B&B and nothing is too much trouble - from cleaning mud soaked walking gear, to picking us up from a long walk. We stayed as part of a weekends walking on the North Downs...

We absolutely loved our stay at Wealden Hall. The owners are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The tea and home made cake was most welcome after our long journey and coming back after days out in Kent. Our bedroom was spacious and well appointed and the bathroom could only be described as luxury. Breakfast were delicious and plentiful. In short,...

On arrival we were welcomed by the most friendly couple, were treated to lovely cup of tea and delicious homemade Chocolate cake (you must try). We were then taken to our room which was immaculately clean, beautiful décor extremely large with separate adjoining bathroom which again was beautifully sized and provided a shower and bath and decorated beautifully. The owners...

We stayed in the family room for three and it was impeccably clean and nice. The bathroom is large, modern and has both a shower and a large tub. We had a traditional breakfast and it was very good. The afternoon tea with cake when we arrived was nice to revive us for the evening. Don't trust your GPS to...

Nothing was to much trouble, any request I made was accommodated i.e. early breakfast, late arrival. Having missed an evening meal on the journey, a meal materialized from nowhere. I have travelled for work for 25 years and this beats the lot.

Jacqui and John were wonderful hosts, with tea and coffee offered on our arrival. We stayed for 4 nights and were made to feel at home. Wonderfully cooked breakfasts, and the use of a lovely heated outdoor swimming pool were just the tip of the iceberg. The family room was perfect, with plenty of space for our travel cot, and...

Fantastic Bed and Breakfast. We were greeted at the driveway and enjoyed a really warm welcome with tea and coffee on arrival, which was brought to our room. Even the dog had her refreshment provided and a warm and inviting greeting! We'd had a long day out sight-seeing and this was a fantastic start to a relaxing stay. Our room...
