I only stayed for an overnight stay but found all staff friendly and welcoming.Plenty of parking even though there appeared to be a large function on .They we quite loud but once you are away from the bar area I didn't hear a thing.

Although the bed is extremely comfortable and the linens good quality (but duvet cover on inside out!), I didn't feel it was worth the extra. Very limited supplies for coffee maker so wasted addition to room. Everything superficial clean only - hair, fluff, dust, smears and marks all over.

Normal guests get pushed aside for party guests. No restaraunt or bar available, was allowed to eat in the freezing cold lobby area due to the front doors nearly always open with people coming and going. got served main course and dessert at the same time

I was looking forward last weekend to meeting up with my son at the village hotel to have some food and a few drinks but unfortunately after booking my reservation I received an email saying That the bar & restaurant would be closed for hotel residents. I sent an email back saying I was disappointed with this, but the response...

Was disappointed to not have a main light in the bedroom, 3 side table lamps were not sufficient when getting ready for a night out, room was not overly spacious although our friends had a much larger room which they paid the same price for! Clean hotel and friendly staff!

I like the hotel as a rule. However this weekend was all about Xmas partys not hotel guest. The food was not up to there good standers due to the three party going on. I was geven a club room which was very nice. The food was room service only.

The room was cold and after speaking to reception I was told it will warm up after a while - getting back from London some 7 hours later it was still cold - the room's temperature did not change and the morning was a painfully cold experience

Great staff with a very positive attitude. No problem is too small for them to deal with. Great gym and pool. Great bar with a pub atmosphere. The food is good value at the bar. Dont know about the restaurant as I have not eaten in there as yet.

I meet up with 2 old friends at Christmas and we have stayed at your hotel for the last 2 years. We love the idea of the party, stay and use of pool the next day for a lovely relaxing catch up. Although you have decorated the rooms, we all felt they were too dark - get some brighter lights...

This is a nice hotel and we have stayed before. Rooms are large and clean. You get all the usual facilities big TV coffee tea etc and free wifi Our one complaint was that the other guests were very noisy and woke us repeatedly through until 4am. Now you could argue it's not the hotels fault but no attempt was...
