We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Harry Potter Studio and it was literally about 5/10 minutes drive away. The second day we got the train into London from Watford Junction train station which was only about 2 miles drive from the hotel. The hotel was full due to half term, but it was nice seeing lots of...

As a place to stay that is convenient for WB studio tour this is ideal. We had a minor issues; reception unmanned when we arrived, no wifi (end of the world stuff when traveling with a teenager), room had slight "drain" smell (a daily dose of bleach would soon solve), at breakfast coffee machine was broken (no alternative method of...

Very hand for our trip to the Warner Bros studios Harry Potter tour. Far nicer cosmetically than other Premier Inn's that I've been in and located within minutes of food at range of eat-in prices. A real shame then that there was a systems failure that meant we could not come and go with no access to our rooms without...

First of all rude staff! We got here at 1:38 and we were rather rudely turned away. "Check in is at two!" So we went back to the car and sat around for a bit. Then returned to find the whole booking and check in system offline. Couldn't be issued with keys they had everything done on paper and had...

Hi Luke Thanks for the review of your recent stay. I'm really sorry to hear you didn't receive our usual warm welcome. Although check-in starts at 2pm, we'll always offer you a room earlier if we have one ready so I do apologise this wasn't looked into. The Manager will follow this up with the team members involved to improve...

We travelled here from Liverpool with two young children to visit the Warner Bros studio tour. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The children were offered colouring activities and their finished pictures were displayed on the "wall of colouring" much to their delight. Our stay was definitely made more enjoyable due to a great...

This is one of the updated Premier Inn's which are a lot nicer than the older ones. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the location was very handy for a meeting I had nearby plus it was an excellent price and was easy to find from the motorway. Would definitely use this one again when I'm in Watford.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a Harry Potter visit. Main points: * Immaculately clean *Room very adequate * Bed very very very comfortable * heating fine....despite previous reviews....you control the heat yourself on the thermostat * really friendly helpful staff *superb hotel. And to top it all... £70 for two nights. This might be a budget hotel, but absolutely...

Usual good premier inn standard, our room was immaculate and the breakfast was well presented. It was perfectly situated for our visit to Harry Potter world but what stood out at this hotel was how helpful the staff were. They were happy to offer their advice on trips to London and when I asked for an extra duvet it was...

checked in to Premier Inn Watford as close to Harry Potter Experience. We always stay in Premiers all over the country. We had a 2 night stay booked, and on arrival room spotless and well presented as always. It was a very cold room, and we tried hard to get the blow fan on the wall to heat, but it...
