A great find, 5 minutes drive from the Warner Brothers Studios. Great staff, great room, great breakfast! Couldn't have asked for more and it excelled in areas where many 5* hotels have failed. Great beds, slick bathroom, well-designed room layout, quiet and comfy. The breakfast was varied, tasty and well presented. TGI Fridays next door if you fancy a change...

Stayed overnight for visiting the British Masters golf at the Grove, the hotel is in a fantastic location and has recently been refurbished. Rooms were exactly what you expect. Staff were helpful in ordering us a taxi and giving us some directions. Food looked nice however we did not eat here, there are a few restaurants nearby as well.

Stayed overnight before visiting Harry Potter. From arriving to checking out the staff could not have been more helpful & friendly. Kelly and Stephanie in particular were wonderful, but everyone we came across was great. We had breakfast which was good & again the staff were so accommodating, when we asked for gluten free toast etc there was no fuss...

Great hotel conveniently located 1 mile from M1. Great location to visit Harry Potter World. Loads of free parking at hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. TGI Fridays located 30 seconds from hotel for evening meals if hotel menu doesn't appeal.

The staff were lovely and helpful, I couldn't believe the cleanliness of the room and how spacious it was. Anything we asked about the room anybody could answer :) Was a brilliant stay, lovely food and...

Breakfast staff very helpful. good choice from the buffet and started us for the day very well. This Premier Inn is very convenient for the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio Tour.

Recently stayed here and must say I couldn't fault the place. Staff very friendly. Beds comfy and room exceptionally clean. Our night stay cost £35! Exceptional value for money. Would definitely recommend. We had much better service here than we did in a 4* hotel near Hyde park! Keep up the good work.

We stayed for 4 nights and I couldn't rate the staff enough so friendly and welcoming every evening and morning when they met us. The room was extremely clean and fresh as was the rest of the hotel. We had a small bit of noise from the people above us on 2 nights didn't disturb us from sleeping but did...
