This brand goes from strength to strength in my eyes! I did have an issue after booking via booking.com and although the hotel could not fix the issue they dealt with my complaint brilliantly. Food at Village hotels has been a real pleasant surprise, a simple menu but full of really appealing choices, in three visits in the last three...

For what services there are at this hotel the value is great. I am a Business user but still value the service even though not paying myself. Would definitely recommend and have over the stays tried all the Restaurants and amenities and can't fault any.

I have stayed at a number of the hotels in the area and this was by far the best, clean, modern and ambient atmosphere made for a really relaxing stay. Not all the extras described in my upgraded club room and the check-in process was more complicated than it had to be. That said I'm sure one off and otherwise...

Always a great experience. Very happy with room and facilities. Very clean and well presented. I was lucky enough to get a room in the £25 sale but have said before at different rates and there is always great consistency of service. I know always look at Village accommodation when booking in other cities
