Worst experience ever. There was blood on the bed sheets covers. Then there was no working TV channels due to no signal and they kept cutting out. Ac was making rattling noise so had to switch it off and leave window open

Lovely hotel. Our bedroom/bathroom was beautiful, very comfortable big bed, clean white linen, tea and coffee making facilities, big flat screen, iron/board everything you could want. Bathroom super as well. Most important got a sound sleep and didn't hear any noise! Breakfast was quiet just the way I like it with enough of a choice for us. Very goog

Extremely good value for money as other hotel rates significantly increased as a result of event at NEC. In truth we would have preferred to stay slightly closer to the airport before an early start but we're happy with our choice. The location is quiet as it is located on a business park and you are a bit of a...

I checked into this hotel and chose the "upper deck" which provides the better room and bed and Sky TV (i think) and was at a good rate... so all good. The guy at reception was also very good and helpful. After spending a few hours working on my laptops I ordered two cold starters from the room service menu...

Rooms are still nice but lack maintenance for example noisy ac/heating even when not on sounds like a boiler noise without it stopping. Pillows are not very good...
