£45.00 for the night with continental breakfast .. So difficult to review , wanted somewhere cheap to stay , did it tick the boxes ?? Well ... So noisy with traffic & close to airport , which we knew , but weren't quite prepared for how noisy it is !!! So price prob reflected that !! Cleanliness ... Depends on...

I was in a rush when I arrived and the person on reception was extremely helpful in multitasking my check in and ordering me a taxi. Rooms are clean and shower is powerful and hot. Very comfy beds and warm rooms. I've seen some previous bad reviews which I feel were unnecessary as for the money you pay it exceeds...

The single room I was given could just fit a bed in it and was very basic. Traffic is loud all through the night if you get the rooms at the front. The shower light was broken, sink plug unattached from the sink and shower head was hanging loose. The shower also wouldn't run at a consistent temperature. The place...

This really was a surprising delight, on every level. We needed a cheap and cheerful place to stay whilst exhibiting at a trade-show at the NEC. We decided to stay overnight at very late notice and did not want to have far to travel etc. Prices varied massively and we could have stayed at venue hotel for £120 each (!!)...

Situated close to Birmingham airport, short drive to local shops etc and Solihull. It may be basic, but then is inexpensive for the area. Chef does amazing Indian food, at a very reasonable price. The garden patio is tree lined and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here as we were going to the NEC, and its not far away from there at all. The bedding was beautifully clean, the towels pristine white, however the rooms in general could have done with a little TLC. The manager/owner told us it was being refurbished soon. Not a 5 star establishment, but the staff were lovely, served...

Very convenient location - not far away from airport, even bus stop is available (if you want to save couple of pounds). Staff pretty friendly.
