We visited our son in Leamington Spa in October 2013. We chose this B&B based on Tripadvisor reviews and definitely agree with the excellent rating. A friendly reception, quiet bedroom and a super breakfast as well as a very reasonable price left us very happy customers indeed. We can confidently recommend Windmill Farm House.

Beautiful 19th century farmhouse in a peaceful rural location, very close to the iconic Chesterton windmill. Jan greeted us with a warm welcome on arrival and was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had an excellent ensuite room with a great view out over the front of the house, and a very comfy bed! All was spotlessly clean,...

Visiting our daughter at Warwick uni, we chose Windmill Hill Farmhouse based on the excellent reviews, and we were delighted. Lovely and very welcoming host, Jan, two gorgeous dogs (kept out of sight unless you ask!) great room and super breakfast. Our large room had everything you could want - king size comfy bed, an extra heater if you needed...

I booked to stay at Windmill Farm whilst on a course last weekend. I was supposed to stay Friday night and Saturday night, however by my own fault I only ended up staying the Saturday... I'm so glad I did as Jan the owner is lovely and very welcoming. The room was large, spotlessly clean and had everything you could...

We stayed here for two nights in October to explore Leamington and Warwick. The welcome was fabulous. Jan remembered all our names and welcomed us like friends, she remembered our breakfast orders and provided wonderful customer service. The rooms were huge and very luxurious and comfortable. Lovely quiet location, yet convenient to explore all the local attractions. Lovely breakfast, especially...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of September. We were attending a wedding nearby and the reviews that were posted about this B & B were fabulous so thought we'd give it a try. Sure enough, all the great things people had to say were true. Jan was extremely helpful and friendly during the...

Some times when booking on the net you don't always get what you think you are getting, but with Windmill Hill Farmhouse, we had the very best. There was a warm welcome, the room was lovely, spacious, clean and well thought out. Mine host Jan, and her husband Graham, were helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The...

My wife and I had planned a visit to Warwick Castle and Leamington Spa, so booked a stay of two nights at Windmill Hill. This old farmhouse is out in the country near to a picturesque windmill....a lovely location. On arrival there was plenty of room to park and we were met by the owner, Jan. Before taking us to...

Having travelled for work and pleasure this was up there for one of my best experiences. To have a lovely lounge (with no TV a plus point!) in a small establishment was amazing and with lovely views. Will return when visiting relatives. Pity Jan was not running this lovely B & B when we visited the area more often in...

My friends and I were looking to stay at a lovely B&B as a joint pre-baby arrival treat and the Windmill Hill Farmhouse certainly delivered. We couldn't have asked for more and were thrilled with our choice for our special weekend away. The B&B is set a little off the beaten track in the most gorgeous setting, fields all around...
