I just needed a bed for the night for an early start in central Leamington. Travelodge expensive so went for this. Very old building, very steep stairs, newish fitments in en suite. They have tried to make it nice and I slept well (helped by the fact that the tv didn't work and I couldn't face going back to the...

Was booked in to the TJ on a business trip for one night (thankfully) finding the TJ is odd as it is located above a bar and grill and at the rough end of town. really should have checked on booking this last minute, The reception is through the bar and it was like a scene out of a western...

I popped in here and in the associated sports bar establishment. The hotel was dirty and grim. The sports bar, where I had a late breakfast was foul. The gents toilet was totally blocked with faeces, the food was cheap. I left without eating.

Awful...dirty, wallpaper hanging off, ceiling peeling, lumpy mattress, Lino in en suite dirty, and then the ceiling Leaked in the night...the phone in the room didn't work for me to call anyone, and if it did there's no manned reception anyway. I wiped my feet on the way out

In trying to review the whole package it's difficult to assess the experience I stayed in a double room for £60 and this was not great. The curtain was hanging down and the bed so far up against them you have to stand on the bed to draw them. Many handles were missing off the cabinets and the shower had ill...

Despite having a job to find the place originally as it's tucked in above TJ's, this weekend has just been one of the best ones of my life to date! Granted it may have been something to do with the company but in fairness the bar and hotel staff were all legends, the room was clean and cosy and the...
