Stayed one Saturday night at the village hotel. Very busy on arrival and check-in was a bit of a challenge. Its self check-in system that i hadn't used before so it was a good job a staff member was there to help. Rooms very similar to most of the the other group hotels. Few snaggs with the room, bathroom door...

The positive points: Every member of staff I spoke to was helpful and polite. That's it. The negative points: Considerably more expensive than the Premier Inn that is about 200m away which I have also stayed at. The Premier Inn is cleaner, quieter, and much nicer. The village is impersonal, with a temperamental automatic ipad log-in. On the way to...

In short, it was OK. Check in by yourself via a table full of monitors. Rooms were clean... Beds move toon easily, sit and the bed shifts across the floor. the bed sheets are ticked in at the sides only, so as you turn they come with you & you may wake up a bed sheet burrito.....if you get to...

Great hotel with fantastic facilities, spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. The food was good, especially the breakfast. Staff were very welcoming, professional and courteous. Parking was easy and there is quite a few things to do within walking distance from the hotel e.g. Cinema, bowling and quite a few different places to eat. Our rooms were modern, clean...

The check in on ipad's was less than efficient. It would not let us check in, so had to get a staff member and this added another 20 mins to our wait. No extra pillows in the rooms, bathroom was dirty and had no shower gel. The breakfast was extremely poor, it was obvious the food had been sat there...

We arrived on a Friday very tired. We were helped to check in and was soon in our room. having relaxed the sound of music soon became apparent and kept us awake on both nights until 1230 am. Not what we wanted after our journey. Apart from that we enjoyed our weekend. Thank you.

Hotel was evacuated just as I was starting my Spa Treatments at 11am. On return, I was given a very quick manicure and offered another session at 3.45pm. Therefore had to hang around all day and with the pool closed until 4pm, the spa day was ruined. Breakfasts were very good but restaurant was very expensive. We did not eat...

On arrival we were upgraded straight away, the room was spacious clean and well presented, there was a bit of confusion with breakfast the following morning with our names not being on there list but this was soon sorted and no extra charges to our bill, would happily stay here again
