Badgers Hall surpassed all our expectations. We stayed four nights in two different rooms. The breakfasts were the best we had on our three-week trip in England. The hospitality was outstanding, with helpful friendly conversations with our hosts. The complimentary afternoon tea with amazing freshly baked goods was the best on the entire trip. The historic building and rooms were... More

We recently stayed for three nights with our two sons, ages 8 and 6. We arrived just after they had finished serving afternoon tea, but Karen brought us out scones for my wife and myself and a large piece of chocolate curl cake for each of our sons -- immediately we were in love with Chipping Campden and Badger's Hall.... The owners are very friendly but if anything they are a little too freindly. Although its nice to feel welcome and to have a chat with the owners, you don't expect to spend the whole of your breakfast talking to them. Especially when they tell you rather intimate details about their dogs operation while your eating breakfast! The Bedrooms are... More

We have eaten at Badgers Hall for some time now, afternoon tea, lunch, occasional 'festive teas', but we decided that we would like to stay a couple of days over a weekend, just a break and a bit of peace really. We went on a Friday in November and returned home on the Sunday. As we said we know Badgers... More

Recently spent 3 nights here after visiting London (Mafair Hotel 4 nights) and Bath (Carfax Hotel 1 night). We are a family of four that really enjoyed our stay at Badgers Hall. We were on the top floor and thought the decor and accommodations of our two rooms was great. The construction of the building is amazing, especially if you... More

We loved it! Outstanding teas and breakfast -- don't miss them! We had two cozy rooms - one for the kids. Karen and Paul (and Lilly the dog) were welcoming and fun.

Have just returned from a lovely stay, very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who take a real pride in making sure that they offer the best. The breakfast and cream tea they provided was delicious and very varied.

Badger's Hall has almost everything you could want -- great food, location, atmosphere. The town is quiet, so even though rooms front on the main street, no noise problem. Desserts (baked by Paul) are to die for. You do need to watch your head in some of the rooms, and the stairs aren't for the handicapped, but those weren't problems... More
