Welcoming interestingly quirky hotel, great position for our brief stay. Very helpful staff. Newly refurbed bar with very attentive staff. Great value breakfast with some interesting options including lobster and crab omelette.

Lovely building, retaining original details, tastefully renovated, and very central and close to the train station. Breakfasts were excellent, with attentive table service. Front desk staff were polite if not terribly efficient. However, our room was unbearably hot (in late April, when it was still quite chilly outdoors). Despite having the air conditioning on full all night (and the heater...

We stayed here rather than using the airport hotels after flying in and loved this hotel. The check in staff were friendly and helpful and the room has real character and was very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from Piccadilly station so ideal if you want something different to the standard overpriced airport hotels. It is also well...

Stayed here as a treat for one night with my boyfriend. Was very excited as it was our first evening in a hotel together, pretty reception which had newly been decorated and lovely bar downstairs. The room seemed lovely from first glance and bathroom was a bit dated but worked well enough. However, once we got into bed, we discovered...

Amazing from start to finish, the room was spectacular, the breakfast was incredible with fresh smoothies, lots of gluten free and non dairy options, even fresh honey from the hive! Up there with one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Although it was pricey, was deffinitely worth it!

First views of the hotel were good, staff were very helpful, however the room we had was quite small but adequate for our needs. Breakfast was excellent and compared very favourably with other hotels that we have stayed in.
