I haven't stayed in a holiday inn for a long time and I have to say I was disappointed at the quality level of this hotel for the price. The rooms were poorly lit and didn't feel clean. I had to change from the first room I was given as some of the lights didn't work, plus the bathroom was...

I am staying in this hotel for 5 nights and in term of location. It's about 10 min walk to Piccadilly station and centre of all retail therapy. The Holiday Inn Express bed is too soft and not supporting my back. Thus every night I have backache. In the middle of the night, tend to hear "drunkard" screaming and shouting....

We (husband, baby & I) booked this hotel for 3 nights as we were attending a friend's wedding. First thing we noticed was problem with access to this hotel while driving - there is nowhere to drop off or park in front of the hotel. and there is no car park. So I basically had to jump out with the...

This is a nice modern hotel, very well located if you need to be on oxford road. Main issue currently is that there are massive road works on oxford road, so road access is restricted. Even when no roadworks there is no onsite parking. They do however offer a discount at a car park just east. To access car park......

We stayed for a Thursday and Friday night when the hotel was very busy. However, service was always good and speedy and the hotel was quiet. Room and bathroom are fine with everything needed but mattress on bed was poor. It was not that thick and dipped badly towards the middle. The first night my wife and I slept perched...

I was disappointed by this hotel, as I waited one hour and a half and the service said that if I chose a membership I would have the room earlier. I do not consider this as proper service. Giving customer information, as we all know, gives benefits to firms, and not to consumers. I find this quite surprising for such...
