Location is handy being walking distance from Oxford Road station and close to theaters, bars and places to eat. The hotel was very clean, rooms are well appointed and modern. Staff were helpful and polite. Only downside is the breakfast - the hot items (beans, scrambled egg and sausages) were not great tasting and were lukewarm but you can fill...

Had a show booked at the Manchester Palace Theatre so decided to stay overnight in a hotel then do some shopping the next day. I've stayed in lots of hotels in the city from the Great John Street Boutique Hotel to the Raddisson Edwardian and many more besides, but decided to try here as it had good write ups and...

My partner and I stayed here for pride weekend. We felt welcome (rainbow bunting celebrating pride in the hotel). The bed was comfy and the room was clean and quiet. The only criticism was breakfast. Hot choice of sausage, beans and scrambled egg. As my partner is vegan this was very limiting. She could not have cereals or pastries as...

It's not bad.rooms ok,breakfast wasn't excellent.but can't complain much as it was all paid by the company.personnel was friendly and overall I had a good stay. Tip:Don't expect to have a bacon for breakfast as there is none.eggs are bit too salty and peppery.

I won't say it was terrible, as the staff was alright and the rooms were ok and clean, however the bed was no so comfortable for me. It could be great for some other....just a personal opinion. Simple but nice breakfast. Some of the staff might need retraining... but all and all I can't complain much. Thanks for changing me...

We decided on staying here for our weekend trip as location seemed pretty good and the price was right. We were a group of 8 people and had 4 rooms in total. We checked in quite late on the Friday evening, but still got our rooms very quickly. The rooms were clean and tidy, bathroom lighting a little dim, and...
