We Stayed here before flying to Tenerife the next day and also stayed here for one night after our holiday, and as soon as we arrived we were upgraded which was great. Parking and transfers were all included (at an extra price) but was very very convenient. Our room was nice and big and had a nice big bath however...

Very disappointed with this hotel, we had been here 2 years ago and it was lovely. However on our return we did not get the service we received previously - rooms were not clean and we also did not get the twin rooms we requested, instead we received double rooms which were not suitable. The food was rubbish - dinners...

We stayed here for the 2 nights we were in Manchester. We got a warm welcome, and a free upgrade of our room which was great. The room was big - bathroom tiny and a bit dirty. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The halls reeked of stale cigarettes. There was no eftpos available at any of the bars, cash only...

Well, Sandra cheshire and the team provided an excellent service once again, i have been the hotel more times than i can remember, i only found one fault with my room, and that being room room 194 the shower head is too low. But that was the only issue there. Peter the entertainments manager had live music on 3 nights,...

I stayed overnight as I had an early pickup from Manchester airport. I was able to book a cab that the hotel use to get to and from airport, hassle free pickup with very little walking from arrivals, so much better than hassle of parking car and then dragging luggage back to car a long way off. Enjoyed breakfast and...

Stayed here for a short break over new year. We had a lovely stay. Our room was clean and the bed very comfy although the room was very warm (better than too cold). The food was good considering they were catering for five bus loads, portion sizes were good, as were choices. The entertainment was also fairly good apart from the...

The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient and the hotel was clean. With a little attention to detail, the room could be really good, but when I arrived the TV didn't work. I discovered that this was due to a dodgy aerial connection which I fixed myself. However, the TV was rather poorly positioned, and it was almost impossible to...

We came here on a mystery trip with National coach holidays and only paid £40 so for this price this hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly rooms were quite nice and food was excellent. For what we paid it was an amazing deal and a nice place to stay.

The wife and I checked in for a night on 7 jan 16 around 4pm. Found our room on the 2nd floor which was basic but clean. No problems there. It was probably 2 degrees outside. It was probably the same in our room. Spoke to reception staff who informed me that the heating comes on in 2 hrs time....
