Have stayed at this hotel 3 times within the last 8 months to visit the local greek restaurant Alexandros which serves the best greek food! Each stay the rooms have been clean and on two occasions we got a spa bath which is nice,the service was good but the breakfast isn't great and could be improved on the fried eggs...

Terrible all round service. dirty. unclean. noisy. car or lack of it a disgrace. infact im about crying just thinking about it it was that bad. and to top it all off it had been booked for two family rooms (4 adults 4 kids) turned up after travelling to there all day from lanzarote n they had no bloody rooms...

Stayed 1 night on business, we were on the 4th floor. Lift (they only have 1) didn't work for the 2 days we were there. 5 coach loads on oaps turned up, all having to use the stairs! Disgraceful. Stayed here on 4 day Urquhart tour in July. Room clean and comfortable. Food was enjoyable (hot if down early for breakfast and dinner (i.e. 07.00 and 17.45) good selection. Found all staff helpful and pleasant. Happy hour in Bar 1700-1900 - prices after that reasonable.

We had a spacious room with twin beds and a good shower room ,all very clean. Looked as if it had been re- furbished so no complaints! F ood in restaurant was first class.
