I had a one night stay on a coach trip. I couldn't fault the room apart from the very basic tea & coffee. Throughout the hotel there were no decaffinated drinks or sparkling water, to me something pretty standard nowadays. The breakfast today was just about passable though the coffee out of the machine in the restaurant was pretty awful....

A very disappointing stay. Upon arrival the receptionist didn’t smile, wasn’t welcoming and was just robotic. As you walk to the bedrooms on stained, worn carpets you wonder where you are heading. The room overlooked a rubbish collection and dumping ground. The level of dust in the bedroom was beyond acceptable. I’ve added a picture to my review. The bed...

I had the misfortune to stay at this place twice in 8 days. The best thing about this hotel is that I will never have to come here again. We stayed the night before we flew out of the UK. The whole hotel and especially our room was shabby and stained and generally unpleasant. Reception staff were generally disinterested and...

Upon arrival I was very impressed with the grand looking hotel the vast reception and on first glance lovely rooms which is all good till you look a little closer and see crumbs on the tv table from previous people's visit foot prints on the ceiling and to my disgust silverfish in the bathroom The hotel is in need of...

We arranged 4 rooms for a family get together based on good reviews and photos on Booking.com. When we arrived the car park was flooded, so it was difficult to park (bear this in mind if leaving car there when going to Manchester airport). Once inside we noticed a line of slot machines near the bar area and it was...

I'm here on a business trip, and whilst the hotel is functional, it needs some attention. The room itself is nice enough, but thin walls and door mean that I can hear every time someone passes in the corridor and I can hear the conversation in the room next door as I type this. The main part of the hotel...

Booked the park and stay the night before flying to Mexico . On arrival at the hotel found half the car park flooded, but got booked in easy enough and transfers to airport sorted with o problem. Found out that room was on ground floor near to the function room which had a darts competition on that weekend. No sleep...

Big mistake! Chose this hotel last minute without doing too much research. Oh how I wish we hadn't. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The pictures are very, very flattering. A very depressing, dingy and dirty looking hotel. I couldn't believe the amount of litter all over the car park and outside areas. The decor is...

Stayed overnight before flying off to gran canaria. Wedding function was noisy but managed to sleep. Don't expect too much and u won't be disappointed. Taxi arranged as problem with shuttle bush, therefore, no delay getting to airport.

We always stay here the night before we fly and do the fly & stay package. Over the years we have stayed in many different rooms in the hotel, but this one is the worst. Room 6 ground floor - the smallest room we have stayed in. We had to put the suitcase in front of the door because there...
