If your wanting a nice warm hot hotel this is the place to be. It was absolutely sweltering and all we got offered was another fan to blow even more hot air around the room. Never knew what time of day it was cos it was like been in airing cupboard at home as there was no windows! We won't...

This hotel was absolutely disgusting!! The door didn't lock or even shut properly, the shower leaked so much you couldn't use it, there were no windows or even a main light in the room, just the odd lamp here and there. The room was outdated, dusty and dirty as well not to mention there were bugs (headlice looking things) in...

Well the good point is the bathroom was fine. However, nothing else was. It cost over £100 for a twin room with no breakfast. Fusty decor. No Windows in the room. overheated room. Very rude staff who you have to hang around and wait for while they stand at the reception doing something with no explanation. Totally overpriced and unfriendly.

Came down to watch the football looking for somewhere cheap, no thrills. Hotel was as expected pretty basic. However the receptionist Melody was delightful, really helpful in telling me how to get around. Always had a friendly smile :) The full English is a winner too, £7 all you can eat!

Avoid!!! Called ahead as we were arriving a bit later than planned and were reassured that this was fine. We checked in and were told that they didn't have any family rooms left so would put us in a triple, we said no good there's 4 of us!! They then said we could have an executive double with a sofa...

Room was €55. I selected a single room so was suprised when I was given a twin room. Went to the bar for some food was...

Stayed for one night, glad we hadn't booked for any longer. Dirty rooms, which actually had bugs crawling on the walls and floor. I only noticed this in the morning so recorded a video. Unfortunately I cannot post links to it but this could be found on Twitter by searching for @phia13 Direct messages to the hotel have been unanswered....

Booked this hotel for one night with my two boys. The hotel was a great location and resonantly prided. Our first room was very cold, stains on the walls and TV did not work. We booked the hotel as it had a pool and gave us something to do when we arrived. We were told when arriving at the pool...

Booked here for the good location, paid £200 for 2 nights so was expecting the hotel to be amazing for that price but it was not. The first room we got was absolutely disgusting, massive wet patch on the floor by the bathroom, all lights broken, heating dial broken off, broken air con, smelt awful and was like a sauna....
