I wish I had read the reviews before staying here. Very cheap no frills. The room was noisy due to traffic and the window shutters would not close. The bathroom and towels were clean though. Dated in its decor. You get what you pay for as they say so don't expect too much.

What can I say, the hotel is well past it's sell by date. Was horrified at how dirty and run down it was. A tv on wall you would need binoculars to see! The toilet was even dirty! I wanted to go elsewhere it was that bad!!! Staff were lovely. I asked to upgrade room and was told we had...

What an utter pit of a hotel. The smell of cannabis lingering everywhere. Lots of visitors there for about an hour or so if you know what I mean. Only saving grace I was late getting there and early leaving. Not for the faint hearted and certainly not for families. I'd rather sleep on the m6 next time.

I would of preffered to sleep in the hallway whilst getting high from the smell of cannabis. The carpets have more pee stains than an old peoples home. Don't expect t to look out the window because you cant see out of them. The toilet roll gives you third degree burns. So all in all sleep on the street instead....

This is the second time me and friends have stayed in this hotel! It's very cheap and cheerful hotel in the best central location! Close to central shops and only a ten minute walk away from printworks.

This multi roomed warren of a hotel doesn't deserve its location. Right in the heart of the city, yards from The Arndale Centre and the tram system which feeds all other points of the metropolis, its tired and dirty entrance which should be its "shop window" so to speak, set you for what you'll find inside. This hotel needs money...

Perfect location in the city center, but the room was really quiet which was great. The building and facilities are really quirky and charming in a sort of chaotic way, I especially liked the slightly surreal jazz music in the lobby that reminded me of twin peaks. The whole place could be a David Lynch film set to be honest....

It's dreadful- like something from the dark ages and if I could I'd give it no stars. You get 20 minutes free wifi then it costs £7. I asked the receptionist for a quiet room, not over the busy street when I checked in: she either didn't know or couldn't be bothered to figure out if the one allocated to...

I booked a double room in order to visit Manchester for the Christmas markets. Upon arrival I was told my double room had been changed to a twin room where the beds had been pushed together as the hotel had 'run out of rooms'... wasn't too happy but we were given a room with a window when we initially booked...

Very happy with this hotel. Always good prices even when it's booked last minute. Right in the centre of Manchester with food places around shopping etc will definitely recommend this place. The staff there are also helpful however the downside is I've been there a few times sometimes the bathroom are no up to standards and they also have a...
