Hotel is quite and very clean. Quirky deco theme. It's cost nearly £90 for a Saturday stay, which wouldnt be bad is the amenities its was provided all worked. TV had 2 channels working and the air con did not work!!! Clearly been like that for some time. Window did not open and the room was more than warm! The plus side is the staff are really friendly and the bar and restaurant looked lovely! I personally would not go back for the price of what you get!!!

I have tried to contact the hotel with several complaints, and they haven't got back to me. I've sent emails to various people and still no one has contacted me back. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away from this hotel there is better ones, for the same price!

It was a last minute decision to come down to Manchester and I wasn’t disappointed during my stay. Hotel was nice and clean, rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was different but nicely put together. The breakfast menu was not what I expected so wasn’t pleased with that. I assumed this was down to COVID.

So they say you get what you pay for - in this case quite literally! It was a cheap deal for a bank holiday and when you first arrive it certainly looks quite stylish in the main foyer. The checking in wasn't the easiest as initially she couldn't find our booking, fortunately we had this, then she said we hadn't paid when we already had. Entering the room again seemed quite stylish but beneath the veneer you could see a few major issues. The room smelt damp and it was clear looking at the roof tiles that water had definitely leaked at some point maybe whilst the hotel were closed during lockdown. The bed though was very comfy and despite facing the main road it was surprisingly quiet if you use ear plugs. Does the job for a one nighter but longer you really need to pay a little more in all honesty.

We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s amazing value for money with a great bar (and restaurant) on-site. There’s more than enough facilities in rooms and staff can’t do enough to help you. This hotel is pretty much as central as it gets. The whole place is really clean and quiet. There’s loads of things to do nearby and Piccadilly station really is around the corner. We can’t want to return soon!
