Clean, hotel has had a makeover since when I used to stay, adequate for a nice stay, great location for going out around the area, lovely staff, attentive, grabbed a nice hot shower whilst there - would stay again when I can get a bargain price :)

Stayed in the quad room with an extra bed so 5 of us altogether! Room was very big and spacious considering there were 5 beds. Basic and clean, great value for money and staff are very helpful. Bar/club downstairs is also great, noisy until about 4am but after a night out drinking didn't really bother us.

Booked hotel....only 60 quid for the Nite so we could visit China town....rooms are basic but clean and tidy everything you need. You can access the rooms via the pub but once checked in you have a side entrance door key....so you avoid the 'look ups and downs' from the rough and ready pub clientele. Music from club beneath is...

We arrived at the pub around 2:30 and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by lovely staff and locals in the pub. We were shown to our rooms and left to it. The rooms were extremely tidy and clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was hot with high pressure! Myself and two lads stayed here,...

The Hotel is easily located right on Canal Street and a short walk from the Shop of central Manchester! Initially we struggled to...

Stayed here for 1 night, lovely clean room and polite friendly staff. We ended up spending our night in the bar until closing. The guy on the bar,Andy, was chatty and welcoming as was the lady that was serving earlier. Sorry I can't remember her name but she finished at 8pm on January 21st. She was very helpful and gave...

Dear Gareth, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at our hotel. Due to the unavoidable noise issue, our main priority is the cleanliness of the rooms so I was horrified to see your photos and fed your comments back to the hotel staff immediately. The rooms are checked every day by the hotel managers after...

I would never stay here again staff rude and room was disgusting the price was over priced 160 for one night it's a filthy run down pub. I would of rather set alight my money then stay in this dirty bedsit of a room. Staff shocking all you heard all night is the bars .

Dear Kellie Thank you for your email. I am sorry that your experience fell short of your expectation. I have spoken to the night manager who said that people from your room were hanging out of the window pouring water onto people on the street below. This caused considerable upset to those who were drenched and he came to your...
