Set in a quiet section of Manchester, easy walking to the Center, only a few pounds for a taxi ride from Piccadilly. Used to be a old warehouse on the canal side, with lots of the old features retained, the room have some wonderful old cast iron posts. No gym or swimming pool and also limited parking, but they do...

Dear Arwel W, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. The gym facilities offered are only 5 minutes away from the hotel, though we have plans to build our in house gym very soon. The hotel has 80 car parking spaces for which we offer a concierge service. Unfortunately due to the size of the hotel we...

I'm disappointed at the £16 a night parking fee which is taken off site by the concierge👎 also on checking in we was offered breakfast at £16 each (that's not champagne breakfast) we declined as we can nip into...

Our normal breakfast price is £16.95 but we do offer last minute discounts depending on our availability. Please accept my apologies on the miscommunication about the gym facilities offered by a third party supplier. I hope that we will have...

Stayed here bank holiday Friday night. Decided to stay at this particular hotel as it was a Marriot and was close to the Apollo 2 as we had driven from London to see a show on Friday evening. A great looking hotel but service and some odd quirks let it down. We visited for a family memorial in the city and asked for a discreet and quiet room - imagine our surprise and upset by being woken at 630am as a bridal party had been put in the adjoining room and many other rooms along our corridor. This is a converted warehouse right on the river. Good size rooms and plenty of original features, just out of the centre but an easy walk.
