And the room clean and modern with nice finishing touches like cushions on the bed, tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. The only down side if anything was the room was a little on the small side of two people...

Not easy to find if you don't know Manchester city centre. In the student district near halls of residence.Welcoming staff. Room very clean and comfortable but TV needs updating as very few channels available.Coffee and tea making facilities were good and room had plenty of storage space.

Reasonable location, friendly staff but the room was so small, if I had known when booking I would have been sleeping in a room the size of a postage stamp I would of stayed in another hotel, this was not a cheap room!

Thank you for offering us feedback. We do accurately describe our ‘City Double’ rooms as compact and well-equipped for an overnight stay. These are our smallest double rooms in the hotel, however our ‘Classic Doubles’ or ‘Twin’ or ‘Exec Suite’ rooms do offer more space and comfy seating areas if this is an important consideration for your stay. I was not sure about the Pendulum when my wife recently made a booking for a short trip to Manchester, but she made a really good choice. I feel the welcome and approach of the staff can make or break a hotel. I must say each staff member was great, pleasant and helpful without trying too hard. The place itself...

The hotel is ideally located close to Piccadilly station and a short walk from Oxford Rd. The decor is quite standard but everything is clean and functional. My room was tiny but with large and comfy bed, plenty of tea/coffee and the usual amenities. Speedy check-in/out with professional staff. Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit. Reliable wifi connection...

This is a central hotel in Manchester, handily located, a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly Station and to tram links. It includes a conference centre, so has good amenities, including a coffee bar in the foyer. The rooms were decent, quite modern décor, if a little small & dark, but more than adequate for a short stay, particularly if you're...

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and adequate for an overnight stay - although the window cleaner first thing on a Sunday morning was a bit unexpected! Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open as advertised and the bar had stopped ordering food so we had to order room service. The menu was limited but the food...

That's it really. The over riding memory that will stay with me of this stay, was the tiny bedroom. The cabins onboard the DFDS ferries to Amsterdam would surely rival these for their spaciousness. A Premier Inn would've represented better value for money, too. However, the staff were friendly and efficient, and, the car park was just around the corner.
