If you are looking for a cheap stay in Manchester then you can't go wrong with this place. Just a couple of minutes from Piccadillly train station the owners are always very welcoming the pub itself is quite nice and the rooms are ok. Decent real fast in the morning too. Called in for a saturday night drink. I must say that even though it doesn't look very appealing from the outside it is a pleasant surprise on the inside. Staff are friendly good atmosphere and nice beer. Will definitely go back when are in Manchester again.

Very friendly welcome - great position v close to station although hard to locate in the dark - good room but bathroom door hit bed when u opened it and was aware of tram track fri night - v close to window . Lovely breakfast Great location for open day - Foo foo Lamar ??

Great value hotel in a good location just opposite a tram station. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was amazingly cooked by Anne, set us up for the day. 10 min walk to great shops and restaurants. Will be back again soon

Good pub near Piccadilly train station good atmosphere and staff are friendly we use as our meeting place before heading into town also when the football is on is good and not 10 deep at the bar is perfect for age 30 upwards

This hotel is great value for money and the staff are really friendly . OK , the rooms maybe need updating , but seriously what do you want for the price ? The breakfast was of good quality and served in a really relaxed atmosphere . So if you end up in Manchester and need affordable place to stay that...

Have stayed here a number of occasions for birthday nights out in manchester its value for money cheap and cheerful with a good breakfast,Its a welcoming place to stay with a downstairs bar full of marylin monroe memrabelia throughly enjoyed my stay here and would go back .

Fabulous welcome - trey could not have done more for us - located v close to Piccadilly main line station . Simple but clean room ( v close to team Line ) arrived exhausted - slept well - tea and coffee in our ensuite triple room . Poss too many beds in room as loo door hit one bed every...

We found this place a month ago on a visit to Manchester, so as three of us were coming back we booked rooms and we were not disappointed. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was really good, and the pub is a great place for a drink. So if you are looking for a great B&B in central Manchester...
