The hotel is nice and in a good location. The staff was polite and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was good. The check in and check out process was quick and easy.

It was what you expect from an Ibis, although I must say a couple of better located power sockets would have been welcome. Also, not Ibis's fault, but yet again at this hotel I was awoken in the early hours by shouting, fighting and general revelry in the streets below, and this was at 4am on a Tuesday morning! Student...

Dear guest, Regarding the noise I would like to take this time to inform you that we are in contact with the city council to see if we can do something about the noise from the surrounding venues. We are also looking into some different sorts of windows to see if this will help. Miguel Mendes

Stayed here last Saturday night (03/12/2016) with a female friend. When we booked early check in (from 9am) was paid for - however when we arrived at about quarter to ten we were told the room wasn't quite ready and would we mind taking a seat. We had no problem with this but after half an hour our room was...

Stayed on a Saturday night for one nights stay. Arrived around 6pm and was very promptly greeted and checked in. Asked where I could park my car and was informed the multi-story across the road was the best place to park. My room must have only recently been decorated as it had a 'new paint' smell. The room was very...

Good, central location. Reasonable price too, I believe (only my second visit to Manchester). The room was comfortable, if basic. For some reason I was given a twin room with a disabled access shower room/toilet. This had easily the noisiest cistern that I have ever come across. I was woken at 2.45 a.m. by some lady revellers returning to the...

Dear Guest, We have security on Saturday nights to minimize the effect of noise in the Hotel and we do monitor the corridors for noise but unfortunately sometimes, guests staying in the Hotel have no consideration for other guests needs for rest. Hope to see you soon, Miguel Mendes

Good value, clean room, comfortable bed. Compact bathroom with roomy shower. You know where you are with an Ibis hotel - basic but comfortable with no frills, the standard is fairly consistent unlike Mecure hotels which vary enormously and cost a lot more. Breakfast is basic but ok, cooked breakfast and continental available. Good location in the centre, a short...

Goog location (close to the city center and train station). Very good full English breakfasts. Not big, but very cozy, clean room with modern furniture. Possibility to leave baggage at the reception after check-out.
