Stayed here Friday night after going to the theatre. Very central and walking distance to most areas, loads of restaurants, Arndale Centre, theatres and much more. Great Parking in Q Park virtually under the hotel, discounted with voucher from the hotel. Staff we're very friendly and efficient I mentioned that my wife had some flowers that needed a vase and...

Nice modern room, on the small side; cabin bathroom, very clean. Nice friendly and helpful staff, great location, limited food menu but plenty of restaurants nearby. Great varied breakfast though. Only issue was dirty plates left on trays outside of a room all night making a corridor smell of ripe onions but the guest probably didn't tell anyone it was...

Excellent location for the centre of Manchester, walking distance of museums and art gallery and the tram stop in St Peter's square was just around the corner. Double bedroom was clean and tidy and the bed comfy. We loved the shower as the shower head lit up! We didn't have breakfast but there are plenty of places nearby to find...

I stay in Manchester for work weekly and every now and then the Ibis is the best value. It's pretty close to Piccadilly Station (10 mins walk max) and in the middle of the hubbub of town, so it's pretty convenient if you're on foot. Check in is pretty quick, although the reception staff don't seem to be particularly jolly...

My boyfriend and I, we stayed at this hotel on 12th of January, just for a night but we wish we had stayed longer. First of all, I want to thank the lady working at the reception, as I accidentally booked a twin room rather than double. It was sorted within the seconds after request. The room was spotlessly clean,...

Location is perfect. Short walk from the bus stop at Sackville St or train at Picadilly. Staff were very friendly and no problem to take our bags as we arrived before the 2pm checkin time. Nice clean modern room with USB power points and lots of plugs and good selection on TV. Anytime I've stayed in an Ibis hotel the...

Arrived early afternoon, givwn room at far end of hotel. Someone had been smoking in the bathroom and we had to advise them. This should have been picked up by housekeeping. Room changed immediately. "2nd room fine. Staff very welcoming and enthusiastic. Hotel refurb has improved rooms consdiderably. Lift system requires card swipe on ground floor for security reasons but...

I'm sorry to hear there was an issue with the first room you were given but I'm glad we were able to offer you a different accommodation very quickly. As you mentioned, housekeeping should have...

Stayed here for two nights on business - my preferred hotel had hiked its rates beyond the budget! Close to NCP Sackville Street car park and a short walk from Deansgate. The reception area, bar and dining area are stark, Spartan and brightly lit - not the place for a lengthy evening meal. The menu is very very limited and...

We've just spent a night at the Ibis after attending a show at the arena. It's location is perfect for shopping, nothing is more than a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of eateries near by open late. The reception reminds me of an apple shop - very informal but that doesn't take away from the fact it's a lovely lobby....

Food rubbish Staff non attentive Bathroom requires attention In fact so many little niggles too many to list. They need to pull their finger out & turn it into an enjoyable place to stay - which is not at the moment. They try - but they are not succeeding!!!!!

Many thanks for writing a review, letting us know the problems you've encountered during your recent stay. I'm sorry to hear that, on this occasion, you were disappointed with your experience. Please rest assured that this is not a true reflection of the high standards upon which we pride ourselves. As your feedback is very limited, it is difficult to...
