The location of this hotel is excellent just at the end of Deansgate and for £45 for a night booked one week in advance for a double room the value great. OK the building could do with a bit of brightening up and some of the fixtures such as the lifts are a bit creaking but it is still good...

Stayed here with friends as we were watching a comedian at the apollo which was only a short taxi ride away. Spinning fields, printworks arndale centre etc was within walking distance. Room was clean, bed was big and comfy. Bathroom was also clean and basic. Had no complaints. Was absolutely fine for a weekend or a nights stay. We paid...

Went here with my boyfriend and decided to extend our stay for two more nights as we were enjoying the city so much. Over the second two days 3 separate members of staff let themselves into our room without announcement thinking it was in occupied. After already complaining after the second time, the third a male staff member entered and...

We stayed on a Wednesday evening during half term! We were on the ground floor (007) Room was not spotless sadly! Sauce on the table and hairs in the shower! Apart from that the room was fine! Good central location and not too noisy! Nice view of the canal out of the window Helpful staff at reception! Good VFM though

Stayed over one night in the week recently- Hotel central and good location for shops/bars/cafes etc. Parking reasonable on a first come first serve basis and is charged at £10.00 for 24 hrs. If you cannot get a space there is a NCP car park just literally next door. It was clean and tidy and the reception staff were very...

Not stayed in a Travelodge before and we were really pleased with the Manchester Central. Staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. Check in was very easy, the room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom and the sheets were crisp and clean. For an overnight stay in Manchester City Centre, this ticked all the boxes!!

I picked this hotel because it was convenient for visiting a relative close by. Being a derby match weekend and seeming to have stag/hens staying I expected it to be rowdy. I was put in a 2nd floor corner room, intentially or otherwise and I never heard a thing. The room was large, overlooking the river. The bed linen was pristine...

Good, clean and spacious room, good breakfast. Staff ok but checking time at 3 could be brought back a bit, also only 30mn free internet and card only to buy more time. Location superb, 5mn from main shopping street!
