This is the second time I stayed at Travelodge and overall the experience was very good. Excellent location, pub serving food from 11am next door (although no breakfasts!). Staff go over the top to help, they deserve the "brownie points". BUT the bathroom cleaning needs addressing, twice now there has been an unpleasant odour around the toilet! I have reported... More

This hotel is situated in a good part of Manchester with shopping and leisure facilities within walking distance. There is also a good sized car park with plenty of spaces. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

The team and in particular the male receptionist who checked me in were excellent. Very helpful and cheerful. The lodge itself was clean, well presented and had good sound insulation. It is situated near a busy road, but I did not experience any problems with traffic noise.

Completely noisy banging and totally over priced for a travelodge. Complete lack of security was ridiculous which meant anyone could be running around making at the noise of hell. Very disappointed and very poor value for money

I have no issues with basic hotels that provide value for money, but at £115 for a one-night Saturday stay, I felt UTTERLY ripped-off. Worth no more than 50 quid for the night. For £115 I would expect more comfort, maybe a biscuit with the teas / coffees, a shower with a decent water pressure and a full English breakfast!... More

The only advice I would give anybody travelling here is check the website for directions to the hotel and don't necessarily expect to be able to park. The hotel car park does not appear to be only for hotel guests as it is easily accessed by clients using the pub, cinema and gym. Other than this the hotel was comfortable... More

The room was inexpensive so was not expecting too much but it was clean and suitable for one night's stay. Parking is difficult and there is road noise which I was expecting. Unfortunately the noise from inside the hotel was worse as you can hear noise from corridors and other rooms because of poor sound insulation. Beds are firm but... More

This was our second stay in this travelodge, visiting family in Manchester. We had a few issues this time - hole in a towel, shower not hot enough, rock hard pillows and the lift broke down. The towel was replaced and the lift was fixed, but I had to buy soft pilows because the hotel's were all the same. The... More

Was placed in a room towards the end of the hallway, directly near the noisy road. Then the surrounding rooms comprised of a sports team who were loud! Poor planning by travelodge in room allocation! They were aware a sports team have booked so could've placed our room further away. The road noise was terrible as do the facilities!
