We stayed here in 2 twin rooms on a Friday night and found the place to be very good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable and equipped well enough. The receptionist was very friendly. They have an onsite bar with drinks priced around £3/£4 a pint depending on what you drink. The breakfast buffet was very nice. wi-fi is... More

We stayed here for two nights over a weekend at a cost of £125.00 including breakfast. Room was a suite on first floor, absolutely huge, with a king size bed, settee and dining table and chairs. Bathroom was huge too. Shower was great, plenty of hot water. Mattress a bit too soft for my liking. There were parties going on... More

Myself and 3 friends have just spent 3 night here. We have had a fantastic time, the rooms were very clean, comfortable, bathrooms spotless. Again all the communal area again spotless. The Staff so friendly, helpful, the management should proud. Food brilliant. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This visit was a Christmas "get together" with a large group of friends. We had a traditional Christmas meal in " the Loft" which is a gallery dining area for large groups and looks down onto a cosy bar and lounge area with a wood burning fire in an inglenook fireplace. There is another bar and lounge area where one... More

Went to see simply red at the arena and stayed here for 2 nights. Could fault the hotel or the staff just the ignorant guests the were balling and shouting at 3.30 in the morning in the next room. Hotel was clean and food was lovely , would defo stay aging and defo recommended it .

One night sty was enough. Loud music from young people in the car park, room had no to,toiletries, pillows were so old the foam had disintegrated, one pillow had stake bold stains. The mattress topper was a nice touch, but was stained and dirty. Let's not start on the ensuite Wifi was free. Breakfast was buffet, waitress to busy drinking... More

Stayed for two nights at the Fairways, had room 117. The room was cold and the radiator was busted and the electric heater just didn't do the job. We were told the maintenance guy doesn't work weekends and that we couldn't move rooms as they were fully booked; we were offered a refund and in hindsight we should have took... More

This hotel was such a dissapointment. In general it is tired and in desperate need of a refurbishment. There was a lack of key staff at key times such as a receptionist and barman/servers. The room was in need of a good clean with visible cobwebs, damp around the window suround, grubby carpet and grubby bathroom tiles and poor fittings... More

I'm rating this hotel very good as excellent value for money. If you want a basic but comfortable hotel room this does the job. Room was dated but inoffensive and the bed was super comfy. After reading previous reviews I was nervous about breakfast, but there were separate utensils on trays or in the pans which meant no hygiene concerns.... More
