I came here for a two night stay again and yet again we had a good stay. Staff friendly and excellent customer service. A very clean hotel and clean rooms. I had a lovely sleep both nights with very little noise. We stayed in the same room room as before over looking the golf course and even found my lost... More

I read the reviews of this hotel and was expecting it to be a dive. However what we found was a basic hotel room with everything we needed, Good pub and leisure facilities. Yes it could do with a bit of up dating but if they did that the price would increase! I'd happily return but probably not during the... More

Staff in restaurant extremely friendly and accommodating. Just a shame... More

It has a gym on site; it's only a couple of miles from city centre. Room: asked for a quiet room - was given one next to a banging fire door. Hmmm. In the room some lights not working ; fridge not working; no wifi; ciggie burns on bedside cabinet; broken/missing equipment in bathroom; rust on some fittings. Shall I... More

Well, what can one say. The website boasted a restaurant and we discovered it's only used for breakfasts even though the website promised two extensive restaurant menus. The evening meals are ordered and eaten in the bar area. The walls are paper thin and the car park outside the window added to the general din. The radiators were on maximum... More

Sorry but this was terrible! Quite filthy. So dirty my daughter cleaned the shower for 20 minutes before we used it. Facilities really lacking. When we arrived it was hot hot hot. So hot the first thing was throw open the window, followed by turning off the radiator...wait, no valve so turning down the heat was impossible. Later we heard... More

We booked this accommodation due to the limited availability of other accommodation in the area ahead of the Bank Holiday weekend and Manchester Pride. The lodge was a good base as it was ideally located for access to the M60 and M62 and had ample parking. On arrival we were made to wait while the receptionist finished her conversation with...
