The hotel was clean and what I would expect for a travelodge, staff on reception were extremely warm and welcoming, location was perfect for the Piccadilly station, the northern quarter and close enough to the stadium where we were seeing a concert,

it is about 10 min walk to printworks and Arndale centre. easy walk but not sure in heels
