We arrived late after getting lost in Manchester, with a show to go to in the ne xt hour! The reception staff, Sean and Blessing were extremely helpful, friendly and patient. We managed to change, eat some very nice sandwiches rom room service and walk to our venue following the instructions Sean gave us. The room was very spacious, clean...

Had a cheeky 2 night visit in Manchester which included tickets to an event in the indoor arena. The Arita was an easy walk away and the event was fun. Had dinner in Jamies before hand but could have chosen from loads of other great restaurants. If you have free time the range of shops is plentiful from Primark to...

We had a lovely room, everything new, clean and quiet. Bed was very comfy and the bathroom well appointed. Our room was out towards the main street but we heard almost no noise due to good sound insulation. We were extremely delighted with the friendly staff, in particular the lovely lady called Blessing who was very professional, kind and atentive...

Room was immaculate, service and food excellent, no noise which was expected for a city centre. Would definitely recommend and stay again. It was a nice surprise also that we were 'guests of the day' in which we were upgraded and got 15% off our food and drink bill.

I have stayed a number of Manchester hotels through work, one of the biggest differences with the Arora is welcome lack of street noise. Very well appointed rooms and very comfortable bed. It's location is good but watch out for the beggars on every corner and outside every hotel, a Manchester wide problem and not a reflection on this hotel.

Stayed here on a Saturday night after a meal out. Room was nice but nothing special. Could quite easily have been a premier inn. Bed was comfy but pillows were uncomfortable and duvet was too warm for me. Heating/cooling in the room was good.

Well furnished with all that that was needed, good sized comfy beds, freindly staff! Did not make use of the breakfast so i cant comment. The hotel is in a great central location but sadly i couldnt find any affordable 24 hour parking near by. Cannot fault the hotel though!

First the good things about the hotel. The room I had was large and spacious and had recently been refurbished. There were two comfortable chairs and also the added touch of a decent light over one of them so it was possible to sit and read in the chair. A feature that is sadly missing in a great many hotels....

Look for sure not as appear in the pictures maybe cause there are some construction on going. Very good service at the breakfast and good breakfast too with very good pastries. Central position but very close to Chinatow.

Ideal city-centre location. Near museums (I visited the Science and Industry Museum), art galleries and restaurants (including Chinatown). Easy access to trams and Piccadilly railway station. Warm and cosy.
