Although this hotel needs updating, the decor is showing signs of wear. It still very comfortable and the staff are some of the friendly people I have met. Could not do enough to make you welcome. Excellent breakfast and a nice bar area.

Good: Beautifully comfortable bed, fresh bedroom, and newly refurbished en suite which was of a high standard. Very sound proofed. Not so good: Shower leak appeared after shower from beneath tray (room 401), no iron available in morning and I couldn't turn TV off when I arrived (turned out to be batteries, which were changed immediately). Ugly: Stupidly I booked...

My friend and I stayed on a Saturday evening. The positives: Good location Speedy check in Reasonable price Friendly staff The negatives: The stench of sewage from the bathroom (this wasn't there when we checked in at 11.30am but was very much present approx 6 hrs later) The flies! Lots of tiny black flies mainly in the bathroom but venturing...

Premier Inns are great but I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that did not have an iron and ironing board in each room, particularly one that's right next to a conference centre! Come on premier inn, they cost nothing but you only have half a dozen to support 100s of rooms - we have 15...

Hi Peter Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our hotel. At Premier Inn it is our aim to make our guests feel brilliant through a great night’s sleep, and I apologise that on this occasion your stay fell far short of your expectations. Irons are not provided in every room however they are available upon...

Spent 3 nights here with two adults and 2 kids ( 13 & 15). Great central spot, easy to find and could walk anywhere in the city. Room spotless, staff very friendly and the bar felt welcoming and you didn't feel like you had to leave in a hurry.

The room was clean, comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. The bathroom was really small and the walk in shower design terrible; the bathroom flooded after I had a shower because of this. Breakfast - as always - at a Premier Inn was lovely. What let this hotel down, compared to other Premier Inns, was the reception staff....

First time I've used this premier Inn and I must admit it's one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Very moden, room on the 8th floor even had air conditioning, something I'm not used to in premier Inn. Car parking is a little expensive but then again it's central manchester. Would stay here again.

We had stayed at this particular Premier Inn before and used it again because location and we liked it, however we booked a table for dinner for 5.30 and meals arrived at 6.50. They were cold and not visually appealing. To be fair it was only Fish n Chips and a Steak Diane so you didnt have to appear on...

We only stayed for 1 night while attending an event at the academy but overall stay was brilliant. Check in was fast and easy, the girl on the desk was very helpful and friendly, went the extra mile to order a taxi for us instead of just giving us a contact number to do it ourselves. Room was cozy, clean...

Great value and as expected from Premier Inn. The Beds are the best in the industry! Situated right opposite the GMEX so a good place for anyone visiting Manchester. The breakfast was also great value, and eat as much as you like with great choice.
