Great hotel, friendly welcome, fab location, nice breakfast but was totally ruined by some idiot deciding that having flooring replaced during the night would be a good idea. No sleep for us which made for a tiring next day!

Great location walking distance from Oxford Road. has a Wetherspoons underneath and also close to a McDonalds and a few nice restaurants. Considering its location its relatively quiet. No complaints at all

When I arrived, there were a number of people checking in so I went through the screen/automated check in - an easy and good service. Then realised I wanted to ask for a quiet room so asked the staff to help. She couldn't have been more helpful and was so willing to help - really impressive. I was given 312,...

Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff, in a very conveniently located part of the city centre. Easy access to Oxford Road train station and the Palace theatre. We stayed in a family room with our two children (6 and 7) and it was very spacious. Rooms were ready for us to check in at 1pm, which was a bonus!

A lot nicer than expected! Huge room and bathroom (with a bath!) and the bed was big and comfy. Quite pricey but was worth it!! Big TV and couldn't hear any noise at all even though on a busy street! Close to city centre, lots of restaurants etc to choose from. Hoping to visit again soon.😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms have recently been renovated to a great standard, with large flat screen tv's mounted on the wall and upgraded facilities. The location was also great! It was about a 5 minute walk to be in the city centre. Would recommend and would stay again!

This is a good hotel. Better than other supposedly posher city centre hotels. The room was nice, the staff friendly and the breakfast good. If I was nit picking then the only things would be the breakfast really. The food and selection are really good. However it was luke warm as the hot plates were just not hot enough. I...

As always premier inn beds did the trick and we had a great night sleep for both nights of our stay. Room was very large, clean and bathroom great. Facilities were also good, restaurant and bar staff friendly and a good 241 drinks offer between 6-8pm. Great location in China town and only a 10 minute walk to the main...

I love premier Inn as you know just what your getting, however this hotel seemed a little worn and tired and could do with a lick of paint etc. The guy on the front desk with glasses was very good and chatty.
