Really pleased with my stay here was cheap, close to shops and right beside bus stop. Was nothing fancy but was clean and the staff were so polite and helpful which made my stay all the more enjoyable - would definitely recommend for a place to stay

3 course meal was terrible. Soup was served luke warm, 1 full bowl, 1 half full. Main meal was Roast Beef dinner. Yorkshire Puddings burnt black, 2 small slices of beef dry and unedible, 2 roast potatoes hard in centre. Vegetables over cooked and mush on plate, lack of gravy. Apple Pie was a small slice of apple danish with...

Stayed here with a group of friends for an overnight birthday celebration in Manchester. Where to start.... We stayed in a family room (5 of us) the room consisted of a double bed, then bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top. The bedding was damp and stained and the pillows old and lumpy. The walls and ceiling...

Most of the things you read about this hotel are true. Smalle rooms, no luxury, old building, poor facilities,... But it is very cheap, so what can you expect. If you are just looking for a place to sleep and nothing more, like we did, you can book this hotel. Then you have more money to spend on other thing....

15 of us stayed here last night, we all paid £459. Absolute shambles the room was disgusting with mouldy bed sheets!! To then be greeted by 'the owners brother' threatening to kick us all out and storming into our room being aggressive. Waste of money... do not go here

This is a very cheap place to stay but would not class it as a hotel. The room was poor standard of upkeep and only a small hand towel. No toiletries and all mismatched pillow covers and sheets. No kettle in room. The ensuit room I had was at the top of narrow steep stairs. If you ate just looking...

Where do I start? Booked from Friday to Sunday. Went home on the Saturday, wasn't bothered about loosing money that I'd paid. Electrics where all broken and dodgy. Shower was broke so my partner had to hold the shower head so I could have a shower. There was no door on the shower soaked the bathroom completely. The paint work...

'Luxury rooms' NOT. Quite possibly the worst hotel in the country. Shower didn't work, smells of damp, dodgy electrics and you couldn't swing a cat in the room we had. An accident waiting to happen. Should be shut down.

The room was not stocked with toilet rolls and when asked for one, they did not deliver, we had to pick up. There was mold on the ceiling of the room and bathroom. The head board for the bed broke and fell on us. I hit my head on the low rise cement ceiling, it hurt! The shower was clogged,...
